Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 14, 2026. These Terms govern your use of EidoStack, a browser-based workspace for testing, comparing, and selecting AI models. Please review them before creating an account or using the Service.

1. Agreement and definitions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and EidoStack (“EidoStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) when you access or use the EidoStack website and application. The website, application, model-evaluation workspace, account features, documentation, and related support are referred to together as the “Service.” “User,” “you,” and “your” mean the person or organization using the Service.

By creating an account, using the Service, or purchasing a paid plan, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If the law requires a parent, guardian, or organization to authorize your use, that authorization must be obtained before you use the Service. You may not use the Service if your use would violate applicable law or a third-party agreement.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account, for protecting your login credentials, and for promptly telling us at support@eidostack.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Authentication may use email and password or a configured Google or GitHub OAuth account. We may require reasonable information to verify an account or investigate abuse.

3. Service scope and changes

EidoStack is a workspace for testing, comparing, and selecting large language models. It can provide model selection, conversation, comparison, context, usage, and estimated-cost features. Available providers, model identifiers, limits, pricing, and functionality are configuration-driven and may change. A provider or model may be unavailable even when it appears in documentation or a previous version of the Service.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, and may update these Terms when the Service or applicable law changes. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably required. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • break the law, infringe rights, or submit content you are not allowed to use;
  • use the Service to harm, harass, defraud, or impersonate another person;
  • probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or bypass security or usage limits;
  • scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service without permission;
  • resell, sublicense, share, or transfer account access; or
  • use the Service or AI output as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

5. Provider accounts, keys, and charges

EidoStack uses a Bring Your Own Tokens model. You provide your own credentials for the providers you choose. The current catalogue includes OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, subject to current configuration. You are responsible for obtaining, protecting, and revoking those credentials and for complying with each provider’s terms, acceptable-use rules, and billing policies.

Any charges made by an AI provider through your credentials are your responsibility and are separate from any EidoStack subscription. EidoStack is not a party to your provider agreement and does not control provider prices, quotas, rate limits, retention, safety rules, availability, or model behavior. EidoStack usage and cost figures are estimates for planning and comparison; the provider’s invoice and records control.

6. AI output and user content

You retain rights you have in prompts, messages, files, and other content that you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant EidoStack the limited rights needed to host, store, transmit, display, secure, and otherwise process User Content to provide and support the Service. This permission ends when the relevant processing ends, subject to backups, security records, legal obligations, and the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

AI responses can be incorrect, incomplete, biased, outdated, unsafe, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They may not be unique, and you may not have exclusive rights in them. Review output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, employment, or other high-impact decisions. Do not submit sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and understand the relevant provider risks.

EidoStack does not train, improve, or own third-party AI models through your use of the Service. Your transfer of prompts or other User Content to a provider is initiated by you and is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

EidoStack and its licensors own or license the Service, including its software, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and other materials, except for User Content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for your lawful personal or business purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service, except where these Terms or an applicable open-source license expressly permits it. All rights not expressly granted remain with EidoStack and its licensors.

8. Security responsibilities

The provider-key vault encrypts provider values locally in your browser. Decrypted values are held in browser memory while the vault is unlocked and may be sent directly to a selected provider or to an explicitly supported EidoStack API operation. You are responsible for protecting your master password, backups, browser profile, and devices. A lost browser vault or password may require you to enter or restore provider keys again.

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no service, browser, network, or storage system is completely secure. You must notify us promptly at support@eidostack.com about suspected account compromise or a security issue.

9. Plans, prices, and billing

The Service currently presents a Free plan and a Pro plan. The configured Pro prices are $10 per month or $99 per year, and the available features are described on the pricing page. Prices, taxes, currency, plan limits, and availability may change. The price and terms shown before a purchase are the terms that apply to that purchase.

If a paid plan is offered with recurring billing, it renews according to the billing period and renewal terms shown when you subscribe until you cancel it through the available account flow or by contacting support. You are responsible for taxes and for charges made through your own AI-provider credentials. See the Refund Policy for refund requests and statutory rights.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, providers, or infrastructure; comply with law; respond to security or abuse; or address a material breach of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may act without advance notice where delay would create risk or violate law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account through the implemented account flow. Account deletion removes the applicable account records, sessions, chats, folders, and default settings from the application. It does not automatically revoke your external provider keys or delete data held by providers, support-mail systems, backups, or other third parties.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” EidoStack does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or available for a particular provider, model, purpose, or level of performance. We do not guarantee any AI response, estimated cost, model result, or provider availability.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EidoStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, provider actions, or AI output. Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to EidoStack for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law if that limitation cannot apply.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EidoStack and its officers, workers, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your User Content, misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights or law. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by EidoStack’s own unlawful conduct.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the law that applies to the agreement and dispute at issue. Disputes may be brought before a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

15. Contact and notices

Questions about these Terms, the Service, or a legal notice can be sent to support@eidostack.com. We may send service notices to the email address associated with your account or post them in the Service.
