Refund Policy

1. Plans and charges

EidoStack currently presents a Free plan at $0 and a Pro plan with the following configured options: monthly billing at $10/month or annual billing at $99/year. Plan features, prices, currency, taxes, limits, and availability can change. The price and terms shown before a purchase control that purchase.

EidoStack subscription charges are separate from charges made by AI providers through your own API keys. Provider invoices, token charges, credits, and overage rules are controlled by the provider and are not EidoStack subscription charges.

Checkout is not currently enabled. During the preview, Pro access is assigned manually by EidoStack administrators; no payment is collected through this site or the application.

2. Renewal and cancellation

If a paid plan is offered with recurring billing, the checkout or account surface will identify the billing period, renewal terms, and available cancellation method before you subscribe. A recurring subscription renews under those terms until you cancel it through the available account flow or by contacting support@eidostack.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable subscription terms. The confirmation or account page will identify when paid access ends. Cancellation does not cancel an AI-provider account or prevent a provider from charging your provider credentials.

3. Refund eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated under the terms shown at purchase, this Policy, and applicable consumer law. This Policy does not promise a trial period, a 14-day refund window, or an unconditional money-back guarantee. Unless a purchase offer or applicable law provides otherwise, a processed subscription charge is not automatically refundable.

We will review duplicate charges, clearly incorrect charges, and payment or technical failures in good faith. If a refund or correction is approved, it will be handled through the payment method or payment provider associated with the charge, subject to that provider’s processing rules.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@eidostack.com with the subject “Refund Request”. Include enough information for us to locate and verify the charge:

• the email address associated with your EidoStack account;
• the purchase date, plan, amount, and currency;
• an invoice, receipt, order, or transaction identifier, if available; and
• a brief explanation of the request, including any duplicate or technical issue.

Do not send a full card number, security code, password, provider API key, or other secret in a refund request. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the account or transaction.

5. Payment-provider handling

If a paid-plan checkout uses a third-party payment provider, that provider processes the payment details, may issue receipts, and may control the final refund rail and processing time. EidoStack receives only the subscription or transaction information needed to provide the account feature and handle support. The provider’s own terms and privacy notice also apply.

After approval, the payment provider or bank may need time to post the refund to the original payment method. EidoStack does not promise a fixed posting period because it is controlled by those parties.

6. AI-provider charges

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other providers may charge you directly for requests made with your credentials. Those charges are not collected by EidoStack and cannot be refunded by EidoStack. Contact the relevant provider for provider invoices, unauthorized provider usage, credits, quota, or provider-level refund requests.

7. Statutory rights and abuse

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer, payment, or data-protection rights that apply to you. We may decline or limit duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported requests, and may request information needed to prevent fraud and protect the account. Where local law gives you a broader right, that law controls.
